Marc Purchin has been on the faculty of the Graduate School in Nonprofit Management at AJU since 1996.  His current course offerings include Conflict Resolution and Negotiation and Organizational Development and Leadership.  

Mr. Purchin is also teaching a collaboration course in the School of Education at Cal-State Dominguez Hills.  Combining his management background with his mediation experience, Mr. Purchin founded Purchin Consulting, where he conducts conflict resolution and leadership development training programs for a diverse client base.  He is a Certified Mediator through the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office.  He began conducting mediations with the California Special Education Hearing Office in 1998 and has completed over 700 special education mediations.

Combining his management background with his mediation experience, Mr. Purchin conducts conflict resolution and leadership development trainings for nonprofit organizations, government agencies and students across the country.
