C. Mark Tsang, PhD, is a Lecturer in the Department of Bioethics and Natural Sciences at AJU, teaching Organic Chemistry since September 2010.

Dr. Tsang also works as a Principal Appraisal Engineer at Los Angeles County Assessor’s Office.  His responsibilities include determining the market value of oil refineries for property tax assessment and testifying as an expert witness for the County.

Prior to entering the public sector and higher education, Dr. Tsang spent most of his professional career in the private sector working for companies such as General Motors and Texaco.  He had successfully progressed from a project engineer to management positions throughout the years.

Dr. Tsang has authored/coauthored 11 U.S. patents and 9 publications/presentations.
