The David Alan Shapiro Memorial Synagogue Center Inspired by David Alan Shapiro and dedicated in his memory and in the memory of all our loved ones, the David Alan Shapiro Memorial Synagogue Center is a destination for prayer services and lifecycle events, and a multipurpose center for classes and meetings. The new Synagogue Center further expands the role of the university into the community.

The Gates of Passage are spectacular stained glass windows that adorn the synagogue, expressing the fundamental motifs of Judaism: Creation, Revelation, Redemption and Immortality.
