In addition to being part of the AJU faculty, Ilana Meskin is President of Meskin Consulting. Previously, she held several key leadership positions in Human Resources for AMGEN INC, a leading human therapeutics company in the biotechnology industry, including Executive HR Director and Senior HR Manager. More recently, Ilana also worked in the nonprofit sector and held the role of Human Resources Director for Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles.

She is an innovative senior-level Human Resources Executive with over 25 years of strong operational savvy and bottom line focus, skilled at aligning human resources vision and strategy to achieve business objectives. Meskin has a proven track record in line HR business unit roles, as well as in specialty Corporate HR roles such as staffing, compensation & benefits, employee relations, several key assignments responsible for enterprise wide talent management, leadership development, and rollout of large scale change management initiatives.
