Jean Ford joined the faculty of American Jewish University in January 2011 and teaches Human Resources Management. Prior to coming to AJU, Ford was a Human resources executive and consultant with more than 30 years of leadership experience with high-profile for-profit and non-profit organizations and with union and non-union employees.
