Biography

Abby Leibman has been a Lecturer in the Graduate School of Nonprofit Management since 2002.  She is also a public speaker in great demand.

Ms. Leibman is the President of Leibman and Associates, Inc., a consulting firm that provides essential services to assist businesses, organizations, and public institutions to meet the challenges of growth and change, including managing diversity. She provides a broad range of services assisting organizations in implementing strategies for change, growth, and leadership development, as well as implementing strategies in response to discrimination.

For over twenty years, Ms. Leibman has worked with and led some of California's most prominent nonprofit organizations including the California Women's Law Center, which she co-founded and directed for 12 years. 

Additional Professional Accomplishments

Ms. Leibman has received numerous awards including the Pioneer Woman Award for the 5th Council District in the City of L.A., Carol F. Schiller Award from California Employer Round Table, the Fay Stender Award from California Women Lawyers, the first Public Interest Advocate Award from the USC School of Law and the Alumnae of the Year Award (Law) from UCSD in 2000.
