Academic Merit Awards

AJU offers various merit-based scholarships to students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and commitment to their respective communities.

These scholarships, which are applied toward a student’s tuition, are granted to admitted students upon acceptance to the college.

Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant (FSEOG): Read details

Federal Work-Study (FWS): Read details

Federal Work-Study (FWS) provides funding for student employment on campus. Students receive a paycheck each month for the hours worked and may use the earnings to make tuition payments, to pay for books and supplies, or to pay for personal expenses. Students may apply to work in a variety of on-campus sites, including the library, the Educational Resources Center, and department offices. Work Study provides excellent learning opportunities outside the classroom. Through hands on experiences students develop valuable skills that can later be translated to professional settings.
